Our Mysteres tend to be pure comfort coffees with loads of chocolate sweetness, and also with loads of flavour. We tend to find them from Sumatra, Papua New Guinea and India, and also Myanmar. They will also have fabulous flavour nuances specific to their origin, such as the background spices of a coffee from India, or the subtle herbal note from a great Sumatra. These coffees are all about creating a full bodied French Press or Moka Pot or a sweet and chocolatey espresso.
